Section 01
Acceptance and Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into the transactions and agreements required for the Service and you satisfy any eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law or relevant third-party service providers.
You must provide accurate information when registering and while using the Service. You must not create an account using another person's identity or knowingly provide false, incomplete or misleading information.
Section 02
What Cho2wahe Provides
Cho2wahe De' Change provides a technology and payment-agent gateway designed to help eligible customers facilitate supported deposits and withdrawals between Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and supported Deriv USD accounts.
The Service may include live or recently updated exchange rates, transaction status, payment instructions, wallet information, transaction history, support services and account-linking functionality.
Cho2wahe does not provide investment, trading, financial-planning or investment-advisory services. Any decision to trade or otherwise use funds after they reach a third-party account is the user's own decision.
Section 03
Your Cho2wahe Account
You are responsible for ensuring that your registered full name, phone number and email address remain accurate.
- Keep your password and login session confidential.
- Do not allow another person to use your account without authorization.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Verify transaction details before confirming any payment or withdrawal.
Section 04
Connecting a Deriv Account
Certain features require you to connect an eligible Deriv account through the supported authorization process. By connecting the account, you authorize Cho2wahe to use the permissions you approve solely to provide the requested account and payment functions.
You are responsible for connecting the correct account and ensuring that you are authorized to operate it. Authorization may expire or be revoked, in which case you may be asked to reconnect the account.
Section 05
Exchange Rates, Amounts and Charges
Deposit and withdrawal exchange rates may change over time. The applicable rate is the rate presented by Cho2wahe for the relevant transaction at the time the request is created or confirmed, subject to the transaction workflow shown on screen.
Before confirming, check the USD amount, TZS amount, exchange rate, recipient/payment details and any charges shown. Banks, mobile-network operators or other payment providers may impose their own charges separately from Cho2wahe.
Section 06
Deposits
When making a deposit, you must send the correct amount to the exact payment destination shown in the Service and follow the instructions displayed for the selected payment method.
A deposit may remain pending while Cho2wahe verifies payment information, matches the payment to your request, communicates with a third-party provider, or completes the corresponding transfer.
Incorrect amount, wrong payment destination, mismatched identity, duplicate payment, incomplete reference or unreliable payment information may cause delay, manual review or rejection.
Section 07
Withdrawals
For withdrawals, you must confirm the amount and the TZS payout recipient details before submission. Where you choose registered payout details, Cho2wahe may use the name and phone number stored in your profile.
Where the Service allows custom payout details, you are responsible for confirming that the recipient name, phone number and payment provider are correct and that you are authorized to direct the payment to that recipient.
Withdrawal processing can involve multiple stages, including third-party confirmation and TZS payout processing. Do not submit a second withdrawal merely because an existing request is still marked Pending, Processing, Review or another non-final status.
Section 08
Security and Verification
Keep all account credentials, verification codes, passwords, PINs, reset links and authorization tokens confidential.
Enter a verification code only in the official secure workflow for which it was requested. Cho2wahe support will not ask you to send your password, PIN, reset link or confidential authorization token through WhatsApp, telephone or support chat.
Section 09
Prohibited Activities
You must not use Cho2wahe to facilitate fraud, theft, impersonation, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, abuse of payment systems, unlawful activity or attempts to bypass security and transaction controls.
- Do not manipulate or falsify payment confirmations, SMS information, references or transaction records.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or confidential information.
- Do not interfere with the website, APIs, automated payment devices or security controls.
- Do not knowingly create duplicate transactions to exploit processing delays.
Section 10
Third-Party Services and Deriv
Cho2wahe may depend on third-party services such as Deriv, banks, mobile-money networks, email providers, hosting providers and communications services. Their availability, rules, verification requirements, processing times and limits may affect your use of Cho2wahe.
Cho2wahe operates independently as a payment-agent service and does not own, operate or control Deriv. Your Deriv account and use of Deriv services remain subject to Deriv's applicable terms and eligibility requirements.
Section 11
Service Availability and Status
We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but cannot guarantee that every feature will be continuously available or error-free.
Transactions may be delayed by network outages, payment-provider delays, maintenance, insufficient agent liquidity, third-party API availability, compliance checks or technical errors.
A displayed Pending or Processing status does not by itself mean that a transaction has failed. Always check the latest transaction status before attempting another request.
Section 12
Corrections, Reversals and Refunds
A request to correct, reverse or refund a transaction will be assessed according to the transaction's actual stage, available records, third-party rules, payment status and applicable law.
Some completed transfers cannot simply be cancelled after funds have already been transferred or paid to the instructed recipient. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a transaction contains an error.
Section 13
Account Restriction or Suspension
Cho2wahe may temporarily restrict, suspend, review or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, satisfy legal or compliance obligations, address abuse, resolve security incidents or protect the integrity of payment services.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may request additional information before restoring access or completing a transaction.
Section 14
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cho2wahe is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the user, payments sent to an incorrect destination contrary to displayed instructions, unauthorized disclosure of user credentials, or failures outside Cho2wahe's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Section 15
Privacy and Personal Data
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing necessary to operate your account and requested transactions may occur as described there.
Section 16
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes in the Service, security, law, payment methods or third-party requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights or use of the Service, we may provide an additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
Section 17
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, subject to any mandatory legal rights or rules that apply to the relevant transaction or user.
